Periodic Uniform-Price Auctions
The auction is split into clearing periods. Within each period, bidders set a budget and an optional max price. The contract sorts all active demand and computes one uniform clearing price for that period. Everyone whose bid fills in the same period pays the same token price. As the auction progresses, unsold tokens roll into the next period while new demand arrives, letting the clearing price decrease or increase as the market discovers a fair fundamental value. The auction continues even after the funding goal is met, allowing more bidders to compete for allocation.
Clearing price by period
Speculative open → informed decline → rebound toward fundamental value.
